This Cookie Policy explains how Revelum, Inc. ("Revelum," "we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on revelum.ai and its subdomains (the "Site"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.

1. What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so it can be recognised on later visits. "Similar technologies" covers other methods of collecting information about a visit — such as a script that reports which page you viewed — that may not store anything on your device at all. This policy covers both.

2. Cookies We Use

We use one set of cookies, and its purpose is analytics — understanding how visitors find and move through the Site so we can improve it.

Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC)

  • Cookies set: _ga and _ga_YB4QL9FB6S
  • Type: First-party analytics
  • Purpose: To distinguish visitors and sessions, and to compile aggregated reports on pages viewed, traffic sources, approximate location, and device and browser type
  • Duration: Up to 2 years from your most recent visit

Google Analytics uses your IP address to derive an approximate location; Google does not retain the IP address in its Analytics logs. Google processes this data as described in its own privacy documentation. These cookies are not used to serve advertising to you.

3. Similar Technologies That Do Not Use Cookies

Visit tracking by our customer relationship management provider

The Site loads a script from our customer relationship management provider that records page visits. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, but each page view sends the page address, page title, referring page, and your IP address to that provider. We use this to see which pages generate interest and to connect an enquiry to the pages viewed beforehand. It is not used for advertising.

4. Third-Party Content We Embed

Calendly

When you reach the scheduling step of our contact form, we embed a booking tool provided by Calendly. Calendly sets its own cookies inside that embedded window in order to operate the scheduler. Those cookies are set by Calendly, not by us, and are governed by Calendly's own cookie and privacy policies. If you do not open the scheduler, no Calendly cookies are set.

Google Fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts so the Site renders consistently. Google Fonts sets no cookies, but your IP address is visible to Google's servers when the font files are requested.

5. What We Do Not Use

We want to be specific about this, because it determines what rights are relevant to you:

  • We do not use advertising or ad-targeting cookies, and we do not run advertising pixels or retargeting tags on the Site
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising or targeted advertising
  • We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you or to follow you across other websites

Our pages include a Meta (Facebook) domain-verification tag in the page source. This is a static ownership-verification token only — it sets no cookies, loads no script, and sends no information about your visit.

6. How to Control Cookies

You can control or delete cookies at any time without affecting your ability to read the Site:

  • Browser settings: Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, either generally or per site. Look under Privacy or Security settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not break the Site.
  • Google Analytics opt-out: Google publishes a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on any site you visit, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Blocking scripts: Tracker-blocking browser extensions and privacy-focused browsers will block both of the scripts described above.

If we add, remove, or change the technologies described here, we will update this policy and the "Last Updated" date above.
